Zipo manages to put together a lot of things that I love:

1.     Bringing people together in a happy and unique setting

2.     Supporting young (and female) entrepreneurs

3.     Good food

Just 30 minutes south of Milan you’ll find Zipo, a Slow Food endorsed farm. There Elisa, a young female entrepreneur with a passion, raises free-range cows (that produce some of the best milk I’ve ever tried), yogurt, cheese, rice, corn, and honey.

She’s one of those people whose passion and dedication just oozes from their pores. It’s happily contagious.

I loved meeting her and partaking in her cheesemaking course so much, that I’ve gone back taking other people to meet her.
